Solid surface is the standard for style. Brands like Corian and Staron are great for a unique and seamless surface.
Solid surface is a great mid-range choice for your countertop. It may lack the visual depth of real stone, but it resembles stone far more than laminate does. Plus, it’s one of the few counter materials that you can resurface with just an orbital sander. Solid surface countertops are an Acrylic (Polymer) product. They are available in various colours and are nonporous and stain resistant. Seams in this product will appear inconspicuous.
